Your rate is calculated automatically at checkout based on where you are. Standard delivery takes 7-12 days.
Priority is faster, where available.

Standard shipping is free on every order over €90, worldwide. Priority is always available as a paid upgrade at checkout, where shown.
DISPATCH
Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Place yours in the morning and it's prepared the same day — orders placed later are handled the next working day. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.
We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays. During launches and peak periods, dispatch may take slightly longer — we'll always keep you posted.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
Within the EU: all duties and taxes are included. The price you see is the price you pay nothing extra on arrival.
Outside the EU: your order may be subject to local import duties or taxes, set by your country and payable on delivery. These arent included in your shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. If you're unsure, check your local thresholds before ordering.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Need to fix an address or detail? Email us as soon as you can and we'll do everything we can to catch it — but once an order enters dispatch, we can't guarantee changes. We move quickly.
