How do they fit?

The V1 is built on a performance wrap — secure through motion, light enough to forget you're wearing them. One size, designed to hold on every face, from easy miles to full sprint.

What makes AVISION different?

We build for the creative athlete — the ones who train and create, who move and build. Every detail is considered, nothing is loud for the sake of it. The V1 is a performance shade that doesn't look like everything else on the start line.

The lenses are interchangeable?

Yes. Every V1 lens releases and swaps in seconds — one frame, more than one vision. Add a spare lens to any order and change your look without changing your shades. (See "Swap the lens" on any product page.)

Do they offer UV protection?

Full UV400 — total protection against UVA and UVB, on every lens and every colorway.

Will they work with prescription lenses?

The V1 isn't built for prescription inserts right now. It's on the radar for future drops.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 8-15 days, wherever you are.
Priority is faster where available — from 3 days in the
UK to 5-8 days for the US. Full breakdown on our Shipping page. You'll get tracking by email the moment it ships.

How much is shipping?

Calculated at checkout based on your location. Free Standard shipping on every order over €90, worldwide.
Priority is available as an upgrade where shown.

Can I track my order?

Yes — a tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched.

Do I need to pay customs or duties?

Inside the EU, no — all taxes and duties are included.
Outside the EU, your order may be subject to local import charges on arrival, set by your country. See our Shipping page for detail.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as fast as you can and we'l try to catch it.
Once an order enters dispatch, we cant guarantee changes — we move quickly.

RETURNS

What's your return policy?

14 days from arrival, product unworn and complete. Full detail on our Returns page.

Can I exchange for a different colorway?

Not directly yet return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Something arrived damaged or wrong — what now?

Email us within 7 days with a photo and your order number. Well replace it or refund you, return shipping on US.
