We stand behind the quality of our sunglasses. If you’re not satisfied, you may return your order under the following conditions.

Eligibility

– Returns accepted within 14 calendar days of delivery

– Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging

– Used, scratched, or damaged items are not eligible for refund

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Return Instructions

Email contact@rayjason.com with your order number and reason for return. If applicable, include photos.

We’ll provide the return address and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
